Welcome to Accoministration - If you run holiday accommodation and are keeping track of your bookings in a diary or on a spreadsheet and you're looking for a low-cost easy-to-use way of doing it online, then accoministration is for you - everything you need to manage your own accommodation on the web.

Simple to use for small businesses - B&Bs, Small hotels, Second homes, Holiday cottages, Gites and accessible from anything that can access the internet: PC, mac, smartphone, tablet - whatever you have to hand when the phone rings or an email arrives.

Why use Accoministration?

Your details are held on the internet so there is no software to install, if you change your pc, upgrade your phone or buy a new tablet you carry on accessing your data instantly.
You can access your data wherever you have an internet connection, so you can still manage your business while you are away from home.
We look after the security so you have no need to worry about it - all data access takes place with the same level of security used by banking systems.
Our solution really is low cost - �40 per year for all your properties or rooms located at the same address.
The system is simple to use, not cluttered with flashy graphics and moving menus that get in the way and stop you getting at the information you need.
Makes dealing with more than one currency very easy to manage and report.
If more than one person does your bookings you can set up as many users with their own password as you want

The screen shots below show some of the key pages that you use to administer your business. The big image shows each screen in sequence, but if you click once on any of the small images it will immediately become the big image. If you want to stop the big image from changing, simply move your mouse pointer over it and it will stop.

What does Accoministration do?

In a nutshell - allows you to keep track of your availability, your bookings, your clients and to provide you with overviews that allow you to manage your business.
Availability - Automatically updated each time you add a new booking, and allowing you to easily see confirmed bookings, provisional bookings, enquiries.
Clients - Keep details of your clients including your contact with them so you can see at a glance when they last called or emailed and whether you need to contact them.
Bookings - For each client you can record all details for each booking, easily change the booking, add charges or optional extras at any time, review previous bookings.
Overviews - See at a glance your enquiries in progress, firm bookings already made, availability of each room or property. View arrivals and departures for the day, see your income by week, by room, by property, by year.

What does Accoministration NOT do?

Accoministration is an admin system, not an advertising site, so we don't advertise your property or try to get you enquiries (You know as well as we do that there are hundreds of sites that bombard you offering to do that, so no-one needs yet another one!). Accoministration is not a replacement for your own private website advertising your property: the details you put on accoministration are for your own use, they are not intended to be viewed by your clients and the only way to access your data is via your private password. Your clients cannot view your availability here or make a booking on this site - you have control over when and how you accept bookings. Why don't we allow your clients to book with you and pay you through this site?

We could make this available if there is enough demand, but at the moment most clients wanting to book accommodation still like the 'personal touch' - they prefer to pick up the phone or send an email to a real person; they often have specific needs or questions that they want to ask, or sometimes they just want to talk with you to try to negotiate a discount!

We also know that most accommodation owners have existing ways of accepting payments, whether that's payment in advance or settlement on departure you'll already have your own routines and you don't want our site making things more complicated for you.

Things are always changing, so this is certainly something that we will probably add at some point in the future - let us know your views, if enough people think it's necessary, we'll add it!

How do we keep the costs so low?

We are a family business, expert in IT and with our own gites in France for over 10 years, we created the first version of accoministration for our own use in 2008. We have carried on improving and enhancing the system over the years and it is now available on this site for anyone to use. We make all changes ourselves based on feedback from our users, so we have no team of expensive programmers to pay and as the system was built from the beginning using commercial principles and techniques it is robust, reliable and easy to use.
